Returns and Refunds
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not provide returns or refunds on melted or damaged goods where the item has been delivered unattended.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns or exchanges where you have ordered the wrong thing or have changed your mind.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds/Exchanges
If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch immediately via 0422067058 so that we can assess the issue promptly. If we find there is an issue where we are at fault we will discuss solutions with you. Please note that the goods would need to be returned to us as whole as possible for us to even consider a refund. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for cakes that have been 'thrown out' or half eaten prior to contacting us.
