Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We will contact you within this timeframe to discuss suitable day and time for delivery. You will receive another notification when your order has been delivered. if you are needing your order faster than this please call or text 0422067058 PRIOR to ordering online to check we are able to accommodate this request.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

At this stage we only offer local Central Coast NSW delivery. 

Suburbs such as Woongarrah, Hamlyn Terrace and Warnervale are a $10 fee. 

Suburbs surrounding Erina NSW are a $10 fee. 

Suburbs outside of the above areas but not including the Peninsula or Lake Macquarie incur a $15 fee. 

At this stage, due to an influx of Christmas orders, we are unable to deliver to the Peninsula or Lake Macquarie. We do however have the option for pick up from Woongarrah and Erina Fair.  

We will contact you via text message/email with the phone number/email you provided at checkout to discuss suitable day and time for delivery. 

 

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Coastal Berry Erina Fair or Woongarrah. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within X to X business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours vary but will be discussed with you when a day is selected. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

Please note that if you are not home during your delivery window we will do our best to leave the delivery in a safe location. Due to the nature of the delivery (frozen food), we take no responsibility or liability for any spoiled or damaged goods once delivery has occurred. We package the order securely in a cold box for travel so that it is still frozen on arrival. We recommend being home for the delivery and then placing the item directly into the freezer until such time as you are wanting to get it out for use. 

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

If you haven’t received your order confirmation within one day of placing your order, please contact us at info@rawbyhara.net.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you promptly.

 

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We are unable to shop to PO boxes at this time.
